Shipping policy

All packages will be shipped via USPS or UPS once the label is purchased. After the postage purchase, the package will be shipped shortly and you will receive a notification via email, which will include your tracking number.

Please note that we do not alter your shipping information in any way. If a package is returned due to missing information or any other undeliverable reason, the postage will be lost.

* All ready-to-ship items including hair clips and bags are processed the following business day
* Personalization to bags will delay the shipping time by 2 to 3 days
* Headband Production Time | up to 3 weeks | 4 weeks during peak season
* Wreaths ship in 2 to 3 weeks
